 Are You Ready for the P90X Challenge?
If you haven’t tried the P90X Challenge, now is the best time to work on losing that extra luggage on your problem areas and look fabulous during the holidays. When your P90X arrives, you can dive right in and get into the feel of things. Do you know what to expect during your 90 days with P90X? The program is divided into 3 phases—each phase is approximately 30 days each.

Phase 1 (Day 1-30) — This is a phase where your body is primed to “get into the groove”. This is the best time for your body to get used to the schedule and tempo of your workouts. Since there will also be changes in your diet, expect your skin to become a little bit saggy (because you’re starting to lose weight!) and oftentimes you will be tempted to give in to your cravings. Don’t expect miracles though. P90X has not been designed to “spot reduce” rather the program will result in the overall reduction of fat.

Phase 2 (Days 31-60)—After your body’s “metabolic fires” have been stoked during Phase 1, the second phase will put your body into high gear. As long as you work hard and disciplined in what you are doing, Phase 2 can bring you dramatic results.

Phase 3 (Days 61-90)—Now that your metabolism is in high gear, your body starts its “no holds barred” assault on your body’s fats. You will find that Phase 3 results in a drastic change in your overall body definition. At the end of your first P90X Challenge, after all the hard work, you’ll be glad you never gave up and never caved in, for you will realize that you have exceeded every goal that you had set your eyes on when you first started.
